This Privacy Policy describes how Gayatri Web Services, a proprietorship registered in Maharashtra, India, operating under the brand iBridge Digital(collectively, "we," "us," or "iBridge"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website at ibridgedigital.com and our voice AI services for US healthcare operations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to information we collect through our marketing website, sales communications, and prospect interactions. Customer-provided data processed through our voice AI platform is governed separately by our Master Services Agreement and, where applicable, our Business Associate Agreement (BAA) executed with each customer.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you give us
- Contact details when you book a call, email us, or fill out a form: name, email, phone, company, role.
- Communications you send to us, including questions, feedback, and request specifics.
- Information you choose to share during demos or discovery calls.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referring URL, timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies, used minimally and described in Section 8.
3.3 Information we do not collect on this website
We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI) through our marketing website. PHI is only ever processed within customer-deployed voice AI agents under contract, and our platform is engineered around a near-zero-PHI-storage architecture.
4. How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and schedule meetings.
- To send relevant follow-ups and information you have requested.
- To improve our website, products, and customer experience.
- To comply with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use website-collected information for automated advertising profiling.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR or comparable laws apply, we process information on the bases of legitimate interest (running our business and responding to inquiries), consent (where you have given it, e.g., for newsletters), and contract (where we are delivering services you have requested).
6. Sharing
We share information only with the following categories of recipients:
- Subprocessors that help us run our business (email, calendar scheduling, analytics, hosting). Subprocessors are bound by data protection terms.
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities when legally required, when defending legal claims, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
7. International transfers
We are based in India and serve customers globally, with a strong focus on the United States. Information may therefore be transferred to and processed in India, the United States, and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. For US healthcare customers, all customer data and PHI processed by our voice AI platform is deployed in US-only infrastructure regions.
8. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to block cookies; doing so may affect site functionality.
9. Data retention
We retain inquiry and prospect information for as long as needed to support the relationship, plus a reasonable period thereafter consistent with legitimate business needs and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time (Section 10).
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at digital@ibridgedigital.com. We respond within 30 days.
11. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold. For details on our voice AI platform's security architecture, including HIPAA posture and BAA availability, see our Security and Compliance page.
12. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and not for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the website.
