The company’s most important digital equity - their flagship website - is visited annually by over a million users. In 2013, the company’s legacy platform had not been updated since 2006, degrading the performance to an 18 second load time.

Discovery Process
We began with an extensive discovery process to flesh out the concept we’d created to match
the company’s ambitious ask. With the help of top-management, we determined what information
was most relevant, and what needed to be highlighted in the site’s limited space.
Wireframing
The wireframes created in this step defined the list of assets essential for building a one of a kind
interactive experience for the fastest growing biopharmaceutical company in India.
